Junction City Police Department has a volunteer S-Cop Program
The S-Cop program was founded several years ago. Our first Captain of the S-Cop program, Jack Sumner, and later Delphine Prine, helped us create a first rate program. Our volunteers work with the community and courts. Many of the non-emergency tasks are placed squarely on their shoulders.
