The City of Junction City is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct meeting facilitation for its residential and commercial land needs assessment project to ensure active participation by the pubic and committee members and help guide the decision-making processes. Services to be provided include citizen advisory committee and stakeholder meeting facilitation, preparation and facilitation of visioning workshops, and development of public outreach/input strategy. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2010. Submission guidelines and requirements are outlined in the RFP. Details of the project are outlined in the draft Urban Growth Boundary Analysis work plan.
